Excellent opportunity working for an established Construction Company based in the West Midlands, working in a busy Sales Office.

As an admin apprentice you will be supporting both the admin and sales teams.

Your duties will include:

  • Responding to e-mails from customers
  • Quoting prices for accessories
  • Raising sales orders on Sage
  • Produce delivery notes from sales orders
  • Input numerical data to create job tickets to be sent to the manufacturing team
  • Answering telephone calls from customers, dealing with their queries and transferring them to other departments if required
  • Using Microsoft Office for data collection and producing appropriate documents.

  • To ensure that all food production duties are carried out in a timely fashion to ensure a smooth service.
  • To ensure food standards are consistently achieved and maintained.
  • To ensure all food storage areas are maintained in a clean and tidy condition.

  • To take responsibility for contributing towards your personal development with the guidance of your head chef and manager.
  • Any other reasonable request made by the chef, the client or the management team.
