How do I apply?
- Find the details of the course that interests you either from our Part-time Prospectus or our web site. (Download a Part-time Prospectus (3Mb, pdf)).
- If the Course does not require Tutor guidance or an interview, you can apply on the telephone or in person at one of our Customer Advice Centres at Wellington Road, Paget Road and Metro One Campuses.
Need an interview or help choosing a course?
- Please contact Customer Services, Paget Road Campus - telephone College Direct: (01902) 836000 to ask for a guidance interview (interviews can be arranged at any of our Advice Centres).
How do I Pay?
- You can pay on the telephone by Credit or Debit Card (if your course does not require an interview)
- In person at one of our Customer Advice Centres by Cash, Cheque, Credit or Debit Card.
- Where fees are over £150 you can pay by Direct-Debit (we will need your Bank Name, Sort code, Account Number and adddress).
The Costs
The prices for courses (where quoted) cover courses and exam fees. However, if a course requires payment of registration or examination fees to an external organisation, eg Institute of Legal Executives, then this is the responsibility of the student.
If your company is paying for your training, then you need to provide a letter of authorisation at enrolment.
Help with Costs
If you are on a low income you may be able to apply for financial help from the Learner Support Fund.
Withdrawing
Students wishing to cancel/withdraw from a course must do so in writing (signed & dated) to the course tutor or head of school and submit/send a copy to the College finance department.
