College Learning Centres
. . . provide a comprehensive range of learning resources and support for the teaching and learning programmes run by the College. These facilities are available to students, staff and in a limited way to members of the local community.
The range of learning resources and support includes:
- A wide variety of print and electronic learning materials
- Access to computers and video playback
- Access to appropriate software through the College Intranet
- Internet Access
- Staffed help desks
- Reference enquiry service, library service and information skills
- Quiet study facilities
- Photocopying and advice on copyright
In addition, we have a range of flexible learning workshops and open learning centres, which are available on a drop-in basis throughout the week. Specialist staff are also on hand to provide help and individual guidance.
