Accommodation
The college has 2 types of accommodation available:
1. We have welcoming 'Host Families' who provide meals and a private bedroom with a desk to study. You will share the rest of the facilities with the family, except use of the telephone. The cost per week is £105 (GBP).
2. House sharing - this involves sharing a house or flat with other international and UK students. You will have your own bedroom but will share the bathroom, kitchen and living room with other students. Costs range from £50-£75 per week depending on preferences. You will need to budget in addition for your proportion of gas, electricity and water rates at approximately £100-£150 per month.
You will need to complete the enclosed Accommodation Request From in your application pack if you wish to apply to live with a host family or share a house and return it to the International Office with a non-refundable deposit payment of £200.
Private Accommodation (self-contained)
Should you wish to find your own private accommodation, rental costs for a one/two bedroom flat/house start at around £400 per month. You may be asked to pay up to 6 months rent in advance. Bills and food are not included.

Victoria Hall, Wolverhampton
Victoria Hall is a purpose built modern complex situated in Wolverhampton, just a few minute’s walk from our city centre campus and 1.5 kilometres from our Paget and Wellington Road Campuses.
Students can choose from either a standard or deluxe bedroom, each with en-suite shower, toilet and wash hand basin. All our bedrooms in Wolverhampton include bedding and come with large beds although our deluxe rooms offer more space for your added comfort.

A fully equipped communal kitchen, including cooker, hob, microwave and fridge-freezer is provided, in addition to a comfortable lounge and dining area. Each flat comes complete with satellite TV and direct dial telephone with broadband Internet access available in every bedroom.
Door entry and intercom systems ensure students safety, with CCTV cameras lending additional support. A team of caretakers are present 24 hours a day, 7 days a week throughout the year. Post is sorted for collection in the on-site management office, where a friendly team of staff are always available to lend assistance.

Cost of Living
The cost of living according to a survey by the UK National Union of Students, quotes the average expenses as follows:
- Student accommodation: average outside of London is £55 per week; inside London £85
- Bills (except in halls of residence where they are included in the rent) average is £32 pre week
- Food/household shopping: £30-£35 per week
- Clothing: average is £10.80 per week
- Laundry: average is £8.50 per week
- Course cost (books, stationary, any specialist equipment, photocopying of course materials): average is £10 per week
- Travel (this will vary a lot depending on where you are living and how much you travel around the UK): average outside London is £13 per week; inside London £18
- Social activities: average outside London is £25 per week; inside London £35.
