Lean Training Offer

The Lean Academy's approach is to join with the business, work together to establish the actual issues and not the perceived that are affecting the company, then work together as a team to solve these problems ensure that there is a robust transfer of knowledge thereby producing sustainable results.

Our programmes include practical training and development on the principles underpinning a Lean approach. Through a combination of teaching, practical exercises, simulation, and shared experiences, candidates will develop the capability to apply Lean principles in order to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Please note course can be tailored to and delivered on site prices on request. All day courses £100 non members, £85 members.
