The Apprenticeship Programme Framework
As part of the framework the Apprentice will study Key Skills in Application of Number, Literacy and ICT at the appropriate level plus Personal Thinking and Learning Skills.
Apprenticeship: Team Leading The Apprentice will achieve a Certificate in Team Leading Level 2 and Certificate in Team Leading Principles Level 2.
Modules of study include: managing personal development; develop working relationships with colleagues; communicate information and knowledge; set objectives and provide support for team members; Plan, allocate and monitor work of a team.
Advanced Apprenticeship: Management The Apprentice will achieve a Certificate in Management Level 3 and Certificate in First Line Management Level 3.
Modules of study include: Management; Manage personal development; Develop working relationships with colleagues; Communicate information and knowledge;Set objectives and provide support for team members; Plan, allocate and monitor work of a team; Manage customer service in own area of responsibility; Make effective decisions; Support team members in identifying, developing and implementing new ideas; Procure supplies; Manage or support equality of opportunity, diversity and inclusion in own area of responsibility; Manage conflict in a team; Manage knowledge in own area of responsibility; Lead and manage meetings; Participate in meetings.
