ADVICE SESSIONS HELP YOUNGSTERS PLAN NEXT STEPS

8th August 2018

Young people receiving their A Level and GCSE results later this month can get advice on their next steps at special sessions being run by City of Wolverhampton College.

The college is holding advice and information sessions on Thursday 16 and Friday 17 August for people receiving their A Level results, and Thursday 23 and Friday 24 August for those getting their GCSE grades.

Advisers from the college’s award-winning careers guidance team will be on hand with information to help school leavers decide on the best routes into their chosen career – whether they want to do A Levels, gain an industry-recognised vocational qualification, combine earning and learning on an apprenticeship scheme, progress to a higher education course at college or go to university.

Sessions will be held at the college’s Paget Road campus in Compton and people can drop-in anytime between 10am-2pm.

For details of all courses and qualifications offered by the college go to www.wolvcoll.ac.uk/course-finder/ or Tel: 01902 836000.
