COLLEGE STUDENTS SHOWCASE DANCE SKILLS

30th January 2019

Talented students from City of Wolverhampton College will be taking to the stage and demonstrating contemporary dance skills in their latest show.

The students – who are studying for UAL diplomas and extended diploma in performing arts and A Levels in drama – were challenged by tutors to explore shape and movement and choreograph pieces that break away from conventional dance pieces.

The dancers will be showcasing their skills at the college’s Paget Road campus on Wednesday 13 and Thursday 14 February and will be performing to live music provided by students studying for UAL diplomas in music technology.

The show starts at 7.30pm and tickets, costing £3, can be purchased on the door or in advance from the reception desk at the Paget Road campus.

The college is currently holding auditions for performing arts courses starting in September – for further details click here or call Tel: 01902 836000
