Drama Students Prepare to Dazzle
Drama students from City of Wolverhampton College are preparing to dazzle in their annual dance show.
The performing arts students, from a range of courses, will be appearing in Pandora’s Parcel People at the Paget Road Campus on Thursday February 12.
The show tells the tale of Pandora, who releases the seven deadly sins from a mysterious box.
Tutor Tanya Long said: “This is our modern interpretation of a Greek legend, with students acting out the tale through a range of contemporary dance and physical theatre, including street and commercial.
“Around 40 students are taking part in the performance and have been rehearsing solidly for the last two weeks – it promises to be a great night of entertainment.”
Doors open at 7pm for a 7.30pm starts. Tickets, costing £3 each, are available on the door.
The college is currently enrolling for next year’s performing arts courses, which include Level 2, First Diploma, Two Year Extended Diploma, HNC and HND. For more information ring 01902 834273 or apply online at www.wolvcoll.ac.uk
