EVESHAM APPRENTICE IS CUT ABOVE IN NATIONAL COMPETITION

Hairdressing Apprentice Chloe Whitmore

An apprentice from City of Wolverhampton College has proved she is a cut above after making it through to the finals of a national hairdressing competition.

Chloe Whitmore, a hairdressing apprentice at The Courtyard in Evesham, triumphed in the National Hair Federation’s Incredibles competition.

The 19-year-old impressed judges with her pastel mood board, inspired by this season’s hair and fashion trends.

She will now join other finalists from across the country at the Inspiration Day at HOB Academy, where multi-award-winning stylist Akin Konizi will demonstrate on a model and give an inspirational talk on his dedication and passion for the hair industry.

Chloe said: “I was shocked to get through to the finals because I didn’t expect it. It’s amazing and it’s given me more confidence so I can put myself forward for more competitions now.”

The National Hair Federation’s Incredibles competition, now in its third year, aims to recognise and inspire industry talent.
