Open Evening - November 8

Young people can find out about study options after GCSEs at an open evening at City of Wolverhampton College next week.

The college’s three main campuses – Paget Road in Compton, Wellington Road in Bilston and Metro One in the city centre – will be open on Wednesday 8 November, 4pm-7pm, for them to talk to tutors about the best courses for their chosen careers.

Staff will be on hand with information on full-time industry-recognised qualifications starting in September 2018, as well as A Level courses in a range of subjects, and part-time university-level higher education programmes including HNCs, HNDs and foundation degrees.

Visitors can also find out how to combine earning and learning on an apprenticeship scheme and find out about vacancies for apprentices with employers in the local area.

Those attending can apply for their chosen course whilst at the event, have an interview with a member of the college’s admissions team and, subject to entry criteria, leave with an offer of a place to start their qualification next year.
