Youngsters can get off to a flying start in their travel careers, thanks to a new course being launched at City of Wolverhampton College.

The college is offering a new Air Cabin Crew course to help budding flights attendants take to the skies.

During the one year course, students will learn about the roles and responsibilities of cabin crew, health and safety on board and other key aviation operations and terminology.

Lecturer Helen Spiteri said: “Our travel and tourism courses are hugely successful and we have a large number of former students working with airlines around the world including British Airways, TUI and Easy Jet.

“This new course aims to give those planning to take to the skies an insight into what it’s really like as a member of cabin crew as well as the background knowledge they will need to land their dream job.”
