PERFORMING ARTS STUDENTS HIT STAGE IN MUSICAL COMEDY

8th June 2018

Talented performing arts students from City of Wolverhampton College will be hitting the stage this month in their Summer show.

The group of drama students on the UAL Diploma/Extended Diploma will be displaying their talents in a quirky musical comedy showcase- based on The Addams Family – at the Paget Road campus on June 27, 28 and 29.

The show tells the tale of daughter Wednesday, who has grown up and fallen in love with a respectable young man.

Lecturer Tanya Long said: “This is a great family show which provides an opportunity for our students to develop their creativity and confidence while sharing their talents with a wider audience.”

The show takes place each day at both 2.30pm and 7pm. Tickets, costing £5 each (£4 concessions) are available on the door.

The college is now holding auditions for performing arts courses starting in September. For more information ring 01902 836000 or visit www.wolvcoll.ac.uk
