People can sign-up for courses at City of Wolverhampton College at dedicated enrolment sessions starting this month.

The college’s sites at Paget Road in Compton, Wellington Road in Bilston, and Metro One in the city centre, will be open from Monday 22 August to Saturday 3 September for people to register for over 300 full-time and part-time qualifications starting soon.

The college offers courses in a wide range of subjects from accountancy to sport, and beauty to travel, trade qualifications including brickwork, carpentry and plumbing, and creative courses such as art and design, journalism and music technology, as well as traditional A Levels, university-level higher education programmes and courses for people who want to brush up their English and maths skills.

Enrolment will be open on Monday 22 and Tuesday 23 August, 10am-4pm, Wednesday 24 August, 10am-8pm, Thursday 25 August, 10am-4pm, and Friday 26 August, 10am-3pm. The following week opening times are Tuesday 30 August 10am-4pm, Wednesday 31 August and Thursday 1 September 10am-8pm, and Friday 2 September and Saturday 3 September, 10am-3pm.

Tutors will be available to talk to prospective students about the best routes into their chosen career and advisers will be on hand with information on financial support available to help with course and exam fees, as well as travel, childcare, equipment and meal costs while at college.
