SKILLS BOOST FOR MANAGERS
Junior managers can boost their skills and improve their job prospects thanks to a series of courses being run by City of Wolverhampton College.
The college is running a number of nationally recognised and highly regarded ILM professional management qualifications aimed at both aspiring and experienced managers.
The part-time courses, which have been designed to fit around work, include the Leadership and Management Principles Certificate Level 3, aimed at supervisors and first level managers.
For those looking to support others in the workplace the college also offers an Introduction to Mentoring, and a Coaching and Mentoring qualification.
Sharon Lane, Head of School for Business and Professional Services, said: “As an accredited ILM centre, we can help the leaders of the future gain the skills and knowledge they need to improve their career prospects.”
