STUDENTS GET ADVICE ON COMPUTING CAREERS
Career opportunities with industry giant Ericsson were up for discussion when a representative from the company met students at City of Wolverhampton College.
Around 50 students studying for qualifications in computing, systems development, computer science, games design and electrotechnical technology found out about field operative roles within the company in a presentation by Ericsson field manager David O’Malley.
Sharon Lane, head of faculty for digital and business at the college, said: “We are delighted that David was able to take time to talk to our students about vacancies in the company which we hope will inspire them when they are looking for jobs after they complete their qualifications.”
