SUCCESSFUL HAIRDRESSING SCHEME ON HUNT FOR BUDDING STYLISTS!
One of the country’s largest hairdressing training schemes is on the hunt for budding stylists to join its programme.
City of Wolverhampton College, which works with more than 270 salons to help train staff, currently has a number of hairdressing apprenticeship vacancies across Wolverhampton and beyond.
More than 35 apprenticeship vacancies are currently across the region, including those in Wolverhampton, Birmingham, Worcester, Shrewsbury and Telford, at salons such as Zaks, Toni & Guy and Royston Blythe.
The successful applicants will not only gain their NVQ in hairdressing but also earn a wage and gain experience by working alongside experienced staff to gain job-specific skills in a salon.
The apprentices will work four to five days a week in the salon, and attend one of the college’s state-of-the-art training salons once a week to learn new techniques and attend theory lessons.
