TALENTED STUDENTS UNVEIL WORK TO PUBLIC

Creative Arts students at City of Wolverhampton College will be unveiling their finest work in an end of year show next week.

The exhibition, showcasing a range of work from Art, Design and photography courses takes place at Wolverhampton Art Gallery from June 21 to July 2.

The show will feature a selection of art work, including fine art, textiles, fashion, graphic design, 3D sculpture and a range of photography by both full and part-time students.

Curriculum Manager Michael Dixon said: “As one of only two colleges in the Midlands to offer the full range of courses accredited by the University of the Arts London Awarding Body, we pride ourselves on providing the very best creative sector education and training for our students. The students have produced some outstanding work, and this exhibition is a great opportunity for them to show have far they have come over the last year.”

A launch event is being held on June 21, before it opens to the public on June 22.

Anyone interested in enrolling onto a creative course in September can find out more by calling the college on 01902 836000.
