Nando's Recruitment Event A Success
Nando’s restaurant was looking to recruit up to 30 people for its new store at Bentley Bridge, Wolverhampton, and approached City of Wolverhampton College for recruitment support.
The college’s Employability Team provided a venue for the interviews and information sessions, and assisted with administrative support on the day.
A total of 41 people looking for work in a range of positions including both front and back of house passed through the doors.
Nando’s spokesperson Justin Smith said: “The college was very supportive and provided a great venue.
“The service was very good and we are taking some people forward for further interview.
“We are also to set up a meeting together with all heads of departments for the future once Bentley Bridge is open in January 2011, to see how we can work with the college in the future.”
