Lloyds Banking Group needed to recruit staff for their financial contact centres in Dudley and Pendeford and approached City of Wolverhampton College for help.
The college’s Employability Team hosted the interview days for the group in partnership with Jobcentre Plus, providing rooms, admin support and support with online applications.
A total of 74 people attended the three information sessions.
Resourcing Consultant Elin Clift said: “The support provided by the college was excellent and the quality of the candidates was high.”
The college is continuing to work with the company providing support with online applications.
