- Reservations
- To guarantee your preferred appointment time, we recommend you book in advance. Reservations can be made directly with the spa team during spa opening hours on 01902 821180.
- Payment policy
- All Day packages will require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. All other appointments will require a 25% deposit.
- Age policy
- The spa is reserved for the use of
adults at all times. Persons under the age of 16 will not be
allowed into the wet area.
- All other treatments are available to everyone 14 years or over (14 to 18 year olds must be accompanied by a parent or guardian).
- Cancellation
policy
- We ask you to be considerate in cancelling
any appointments and to contact our reservations team 24 hours
before the stated appointment time. Failure to do so could result
in you being charged for the treatment.

Pre-payment on day packages is non refundable in the event of a cancellation.
We will, however, extend an option to amend the reservation date when this request
is made a minimum of 2 weeks prior to arrival.

- Loyalty scheme
- Regular customers to the Spa Academy
can enjoy a host of discounts and special offers. To join our
loyalty scheme please speak to our spa reservations team.
- Wet Area Code of Conduct
- When using the Spa Academy Wet Area Facilities you will be required to sign in and out at the reception every time you wish to use the facility.
- To ensure Health & Safety Requirements are adhered to and to respect other users please ensure you bring and wear ALL of the following:
- - Appropriate Swimwear
- - Flip Flops
- - A Bathrobe
- - A Towel
- No shampoo or shower gel or any form of body wash is allowed in the wet area, please use showers in changing rooms.
- A bathrobe & towel will only be issued to those clients who are receiving a Spa package.
- Anyone who does not comply with the dress code will be refused use of the facilities.
- Spa Etiquette

As a courtesy to all our guests, a prompt appointment schedule is adhered too.
- Treatments that begin late will still finish at the appointed time, so not to inconvenience other guests.
- Please allow plenty of time to get to the spa reception waiting area where you can relax before the treatment ahead and where your therapist will come and greet you.
- On completion of the treatment, your therapist will leave you to re-awaken to the world.
- Your therapist will then advise you on any homecare advice and retail products she believes will enhance the benefits of your treatment.
