Milk & Honey Wrap
Leaves the skin firm yet velvety soft - 1 hour
Reveal firm and velvety soft skin in 1 hour with this luxurious body treatment. A full body scrub is followed by our milk and honey pack insuring your skin metabolism is activated and skin that is normally dry and dehydrated is reborn. Elasticity is improved and body contours are firmed. A cocktail of active ingredients will restore balance and hydrate.
A facial massage using the herbal blend can be added to this wrap.

Aroma Algae Wrap
Firms contours and detoxifies your body - 1 hour 15 mins
After a full body scrub using our unique salt scrub, our unique blend of aromatherapy oils and marine algae are combined to increase the body's microcirculation. Water retention is reduced and the heavy feeling in the legs and problem areas are minimised.The results are immediately noticeable, clarifying, smoothing and firming your body contours.
During the resting phase clients can enjoy a lymphatic drainage massage, using natural quartz crystal wands to complete the detoxifying process.

Contour Wrap
A full body wrap that gives instant results - 1 hour
You will be encouraged to relax on the couch for 1 hour. At the end of the relaxation period, the Contour Wrap Bandages are removed and the areas re-measured.The markings made during
the initial measurement are followed.The skin will feel warm, soft and smooth.You will see immediate results after just one treatment.You will feel the difference and have enjoyed the experience.

Energising Massage
Restores energy and wellbeing - 1 hour
This full body massage using our blend of energising oils will restore your energy levels and promote wellbeing.
A Herbal Blend infusion is used to commence the massage.

Spa Sensation Therapeutic Hot Stone Massage
De-stress and energise - 1 hour 15 mins
Ancient basalt hot stones are used to massage the body. Basalt hot stones are used during the massage to remove stress, induce relaxation, and promote wellbeing.

Relaxing Scrub & Massage
Restores calmness and natural balance - 1 hour
This full body Swedish massage using our blend of relaxing oils will help to restore calmness and natural balance.
A Herbal Blend infusion is used to commence the massage.

Back Cleanse

Spa Sensation Body Salt Scrub
Stimulate and invigorate your skin -

Invigorating full body exfoliation to buff and polish the skin.
Using fine crystals of sea salt enriched with natural almond and macadamia nut oil. Leaves your skin with a protective layer of velvety softness.

Indian Head Massage
Reduces the effects of stress and tension - 40 mins
Ideal for relief of head, neck and shoulder tension. Massage includes a neck and shoulder massage, followed by a reviving scalp massage to improve circulation whilst aiding relaxation.
Finishing with a soothing face massage using pressure points and drainage techniques to help ease headaches and sinus problems.

G5 Massage

G5 is effectual at reaching those hard to get at 'knots' and is very useful for treating painful backs and shoulders. In addition to the usual benefits of massage, G5 encourages the lymphatic system to work more effectively and breaks down fatty tissue
helping to cleanse your system. G5 specialises in stimulating sensory nerve endings, relieves congestion and can lessen inflammation and swelling in joints. Post injury G5 will help to alleviate pain, relax muscle spasms and prevent muscular atrophy.

Full Body Scrub & Tan

Sunless tanning is a great way to get the look that you want, when you want it. If you have a special event coming up like a wedding or graduation you can get a great looking tan within a few hours.You will experience a body scrub that will exfoliate your skin, sloughing off dead skin cells and rub away hard and flaky skin, leaving it feeling soft and smooth.The body will then be moisturised and a natural tan applied.

Reflexology
This is a specialised treatment to restore energy and
well being - 1 hour
Reflexology relieves congestion, aids circulation, relaxes muscles, calms over-activity in any part of the body, and stimulates under-activity. It massively improves co-operation and co-ordination between the bodily systems. A reflexology treatment can establish which parts of the body are out of balance and working inefficiently.
