Complaints

Should you wish to make a complaint about any of our services, then Complaint Forms can be obtained from College Reception Desks and Student Services or printed out from the Complaint Form page.

  • All completed forms should be returned to the Principal.All complaints will be acknowledged within 10 working daysWe will endeavour to resolve complaints as quickly as possible.
  • You have the right to complain directly to the Learning and Skills Council if we do not satisfy your concerns at:
