A Level student Atlanta Hodson
After gaining the A Levels she needed to move on to university, nineteen-year-old Atlanta Hodson is delighted that she chose to leave her school’s sixth form to study at college.
Atlanta said: “I am so happy and overjoyed to get the grades I need to go to university. I wouldn’t have done so well if I had stayed on at school.
“I did a year at sixth form but found it wasn’t for me. It wasn’t the atmosphere I wanted and they weren’t focussed on personal development but more on academic success. At college, the tutors were so supportive and if I had a question they would always go the extra mile to help me.
Atlanta will be studying English Literature and Asian Studies at the University of Edinburgh.
