A Level student Jennifer Lockley

Twenty-five-year-old Jennifer Lockley returned to education to get the qualifications she needed to progress on to university. She has just finished her AS Levels in Psychology, Sociology and History.

Jennifer said: “I left school to go travelling and then had my son. When he was a few years old I decided to go back and get my qualifications to help me become a primary school teacher.

“I love the college. It was really hard going back into education and getting into a routine but the college were really supportive. The tutors have been so friendly and approachable and I can ask them anything. They really helped me though the exams and kept me calm while doing my revision.

“I am so glad I chose to come back and get my qualifications and pleased I chose this college.”
