Apprentice Richard Clarke
Richard Clarke, aged 19, enrolled on a Customer Service apprenticeship to help him kick start his career.
He said: “I didn’t want to be sitting around doing nothing and wanted to be in work. I knew it was hard to get into an office job without experience, so an apprenticeship was the best way forward.
“I’m really enjoying it and I’m learning a lot every day. It’s been a good insight into what work life is like.
“After my apprenticeship I hope to go into a full time job, although if I decide to go to university the option is still there.”
