Business Admin apprentice Sarah Mullineaux
When Sarah Mullineaux completed her A Levels she was unsure what to next. With university seeming like an expensive option, she decided to pursue a Business Admin apprenticeship and get paid while gaining a work related qualification.
The 19-year-old, who has progressed on to her Level 3 apprenticeship, said: “I didn’t really know what to study at uni and liked the idea of going straight into a job. I thought an apprenticeship would be the easiest way in. My friends are all working in fast food restaurant and places like that so I feel I made the right choice.
“It has been really good. I go into college once a week and have enjoyed the combination of studying and working.
“My apprenticeship has made me a lot clearer about what I want to do in the future. I would definitely recommend it.”
