Former Access to HE student Aniel Andreas
Thirty-year-old Aniel Andreas has always wanted to be a teacher and signed up for an Access to Higher Education course to give him a qualification to enable him to go to university
Aniel, who is now studying for a BEd in Primary Education at the University of Wolverhampton said: “The course was a great introduction to studying at degree level and taught us how to write in an academic way and reference our work correctly.
“Coming back to college was daunting after so many years but the tutors were extremely supportive and doing the course inspired me to go forward and learn more.
“It’s never too late to learn and if you’ve got a passion for something there are opportunities out there for you to achieve what you want to do.”
