Polymer Apprentice Luke Turner
Luke Turner chose to complete a Polymer Apprenticeship as he wanted to get paid at the same time as learning.
The 21-year-old Injection Moulding Setter, who works at storage manufacturers George Utz, said: “I was interested in engineering because I like to know how things work and how things come together.
“The apprenticeship has been really good as I have received help from both the college and the company and have gained the right qualifications I need for the job.
It’s definitely worth doing an apprenticeship because it gives you the qualifications and a wage at the same time.”
