"Have you every looked through a travel brochure and thought ‘Wish I was there' well you can see one of our holiday snaps of the holiday booking we made through the Travel Academy to Nuweiba Holiday Village in the Egyptian Sinai on the Travel Academy postcard. Blue skies, blue sea and wonderful sandy beaches with hardly anyone to bother you.
Wonderful lazy days lying in the sun, and if you got too hot just a short walk back to your air-conditioned bungalow with satellite TV which was better than at home. Fabulous food either eaten in the restaurant or delivered (20p) to your room. Excellent friendly service in a luxury location amidst palm trees and gardens and with the option of trips to St. Catherine's monastery, Jerusalem, Cairo and other places of historical interest if you wanted a break from the beach.
Booking through the Travel Academy ran without a hitch and couldn't have been easier, and being within the College it was easy to keep in touch or query anything that may have been a problem.

Wendy Callaghan and the students at the Travel Academy spent considerable time to arrange the best price for my recent holiday in the British Virgin Islands. For those of you without a geography degree, BVI forms part of the Leeward Islands in the Caribbean. To get there is neither straightforward nor inexpensive and I was very pleased when Wendy was able to make the arrangements and answer my numerous questions about the journey. At all times I was given speedy attention and all of this took place via e mail and the telephone without me having to spend ages in a queue.
