Admissions Administrator for HE Apprenticeship With City of Wolverhampton College

  • To make and respond to internal and external enquiries, using a range of media on a daily basis in a timely and courteous manner
  • To liaise and support Heads of School and their Management Team in all elements of their role
  • To communicate effect with other School Administrators, Directors and Managers to work as one team to provide cover and assistance and teams when requested which at times may require a temporary site move
  •  To assist in the collection, input and monitoring of information systems i.e Celcat, Stewert, ProAchieve, CPTA, Attendance Monitoring and Quality
  • Supporting the regular monitoring of student progress and checking IS summaries
  • To support the Student Hub team, as and when required, to carry out customer service duties i.e directing prospective students to correct locations and enrolling students on to the college systems.
