Business Administration Apprenticeship with Accord Housing Group

Your key function throughout the apprenticeship will be to provide effective administration support to the Learning and Development team. You will work with both internal and external customers. Your duties will include:

  • Booking staff onto training
  • Designing and issuing certificates following completion of training
  • Maintaining the training database
  • Support internal trainers to plan and deliver their sessions
  • Conduct spot checks on training delivery
  • Maintain NMDS – an external survey – training will be provided
  • Ensure the Learning & Development and HR systems and other computerised and manual records are kept up to date
  • To provide input to work on service delivery improvements, service development and the achievement of business objectives
  • Undertake projects and research work
  • You will be expected to contribute to the general work of Accord Group and work with people in other teams and other organisations to achieve the organisations aims and objectives.
