This role is for an Business Administration Assistant and your duties will include: * General office administration * Covering reception * Participating in telesales campaigns * Sending emails * Managing office supplies * Taking messages * Liaising with clients * Recording client details * Photocopying, faxing, emailing, post duties * Filing * Meeting & greeting clients and providing refreshments * Checking diaries * Making appointments * Updating spreadsheets * Taking minutes of meetings * Supporting the Office Manager.
