As an administrative assistant, you will:
- Provide assistance within the Contract Sales Team regarding the day-to-day planning and operations within the department
- The role will also involve providing administration support to client management
- Obtain and update all customer records
- Chasing and creating quotes as and when requested using asset information provided
- Managing calendars and monthly reports
