As an administrative assistant, you will:

  • Provide assistance within the Contract Sales Team regarding the day-to-day planning and operations within the department
  • The role will also involve providing administration support to client management
  • Obtain and update all customer records
  • Chasing and creating quotes as and when requested using asset information provided
  • Managing calendars and monthly reports
