Customer Service Apprenticeship with Aspray 24, Willenhall

Job Purpose
Aspray 24 is an award winning family business. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a customer service apprentice to join our call centre team, working within a fast paced environment to deliver a professional, efficient and first class customer service within a logistics / freight environment.
As a customer service apprentice you will be supporting a team of customer service advisors in Aspray’s call centre.  Your duties will include:

  • Making inbound and outbound calls
  • Taking calls from customers or Aspray drivers
  • Making  calls to drivers and to depots
  • Sorting out problems with delivery addresses, postcode changes, discrepancies with freight, wrong items delivered to customer, damaged freight, ordering a replacement
  • Data entry using in house system, updating addresses, adding notes to deliveries, printing off address labels, processing delivery notes
  • Investigations, for example if a customer has received the wrong item or been charged incorrectly
  • Handling claims for damages, adapting customer charges
  • Dealing with delivery queries
  • Complaint handling
  • Once you are trained you will be generating reports
