City of Wolverhampton College invite you to join Designing EDI 2.0, an online workshop hosted by Sally Spicer, co-founder of Talent Included, an organisation which helps organisations to design and deliver high-performing and equitable workforce solutions. 

This interactive session helps employers understand what modern, business-aligned inclusion looks like, moving away from initiatives and optics toward systems, leadership, culture and workforce design.

We’ll explore why inclusion continues to matter in a world shaped by AI, automation and skills shortages, and how employers can build the capability needed to attract, retain and grow talent.
