This short course will develop your skills and knowledge in a range of areas and give you a foundation in automotive knowledge, on which will enable you to progress to a higher level qualification or an apprenticeship in the subject area.
You will learn skills in light vehicle service and repair and use your abilities in a realistic working environment in our industry-standard workshop.

Advanced Technology and Automotive Centre at the Wellington Road campus, opening in September 2024.
The brand new, purpose-built centre will be equipped with the latest automotive equipment for electric, hybrid and traditional vehicles including a Lucas Nuelle Training rig, ADAS and Bosch diagnostic equipment.
All automotive courses, which currently run at the Paget Road campus, will be based at the Wellington Road campus from September 2024.
