This course provides an in depth knowledge of a range of technical and professional occupations in construction and the built environment. It is perfect for anyone who wishes to enter a particular specialist area of work, such as construction contracting technician, design technician, architectural technician, quantity surveying technician, estimating technician, site quality controller, building control, planning technician, and/or progress to higher education. This technical Level 3 qualification is equivalent to three A Levels.

You will be continually assessed throughout the programme. There are several components to the assessment. Unit 1, 2 and 3 are externally assessed, including a written exam and supervised assessments. The remaining 12 units are assessed internally through assignments. Â
