Staff considering becoming a fire marshal/warden or actual designated fire marshal/wardens
There are no formal entry requirements just a good understanding of spoken and written English.
Candidates will learn how their organisation satisfies fire health and safety arrangements and all duties placed upon the fire marshal/warden
General Health and Safety Laws, fire marshal/warden duties, monitoring and reviewing assessments, recording and communicating fire drills.
There is no assessment - a College Certificate of Attendance will be issued
There are various other Health and Safety course to explore both short half-day and longer courses such as IOSH, Nebosh and NVQ's.
