This course will give you a good overview of project management terminology along with step-by-step instructions for using a whole raft Microsoft Project approach that can then be manipulated into any type of project you can think of.
The last day of in class tuition will look at a variety of different types of projects and apply the training undertaken over the previous days.
Many of the examples are based around a construction project however, the principles can just as easily apply to planning a wedding or developing and launching new software.
This course runs for four days over two weeks.
