BAKERY, HOSPITALITY AND CATERING

Whether you want to cook up a great career as a professional chef or turn out tempting bread and cakes in a bakery, our industry recognised qualifications will teach you the skills you need for a great career in the sector.

If you’re unsure of which route to choose, we also have an introductory course that will give you a taste of the industry, teach you basic skills and enable you to progress to a bakery or cookery course next year.

The college works in partnership with ESS & Levy; 2 sectors of Compass Group UK & Ireland. ESS operates in the Defense, Energy, Government, Infrastructure and Marine & Aerospace sectors and employs thousands of people in the UK across foodservice, retail, leisure, cleaning and facilities management.
