To enhance your learning, you will also get chance to take part in enrichment weeks during which you will be able to learn new techniques, take part in competitions, and complete additional short courses in areas that would be useful to you in the industry, such as hair extensions, ear piercing or eyelash extensions.

Please note: you will be expected to arrange the work experience placement yourself and will also be required to purchase your own beauty and hairdressing kit, costing approximately £250, and college-approved uniform costing approximately £40 – order forms will be provided before the start of the course and financial support may be available to help with these costs.

Also, if you earn less than £32,000 per year and aged 19 or over, you could study this course for FREE!
