If you work in the adult social care sector and are in a management role – or aspire to progress to becoming a manager – this qualification will give you the skills and knowledge needed for leading and managing a service.

You will gain knowledge and understanding of managing and improving care and support for those accessing the service, supporting and developing the workforce, and driving vision for the service or organisation you work for.

Entry Requirements:

To access the course you are required to have:

  • English and maths at Level 2 (or able to demonstrate working at this level)
  • Ideally hold a Level 3 qualification in an health and social care-related subject
  • A supervisory/management role within adult care sector
