Do you work in health and social care and are keen to learn more about the principles of care planning
This qualification will allow you to understand your role in supporting the preferences and needs of
individuals in relation to their care and support. It will also enable you to develop and implement care plans, and contribute to the review of these by observing, monitoring and reporting on the care activities you are responsible for.
This qualification is suitable if you are looking to enter into, or progress within, employment in a variety of sectors and job roles where an understanding of care planning is required.
On average, the course should only take 16 - 21 weeks to complete
