Suitable for any manager (or designated person) from any sector requiring basic Risk Assessment Training and people interested in obtaining a basic Health and Safety knowledge.

There are no formal entry requirements just a good understanding of spoken and written English.

Candidates will learn how their organisation can apply hazard identification methods in conjunction with a hierarchy of risk controls to ensure the development of an effective risk control management system, including how to monitor, audit and review the documentation and control protocols.

How to conduct, monitor and review a Risk Assessment

There is no assessment - a College Certificate of Attendance will be issued

There are various other Health and Safety course to explore both short half-day and longer courses such as IOSH, Nebosh and NVQ's.
