Lucy is a business administration apprentice at the college and won the Level 3 Apprentice of the Year category.
The college assessor who nominated Lucy said that describing them as an asset to the organisations is an understatement.
They said that she is a superb member of staff who takes so much pressure off colleagues, leading to a much more efficient team; that she is committed to her work and will help anyone who needs it, rises to all challenges, continually works to a high standard.
After completing her Level 2 apprenticeship ahead of target earlier this year, Lucy has now progressed to Level 3 and is excelling already, showing excellent motivation and determination and her manager is extremely impressed with her progress.
