Students at City of Wolverhampton College are featuring in a Christmas advert showcasing shopping opportunities in the Mander Centre over the festive season.
Students who are studying for University of the Arts London diplomas in creative media production and technology played the role of shoppers in the 30-second video which is being screened live on Sky and Virgin TV to households in the local area.
The students also got the chance to work alongside a media team from Sky’s media team to gain experience of working behind the camera and see how the advert was produced.
Greg Spruce, curriculum manager for creative, culture and visitor economy at the college, said: “Taking part in filming the advert was a great opportunity for our students to take part in a professional shoot and see their hard work in the final cut”
