“I recently received the news that I had passed my end point assessment. Marking the end of my apprenticeship. The apprenticeship has been a long and winding road. It has given me a broad understanding of my workplace, and I have gained some good friends on this course.
“I remember my first visit to Telford. The workload involved for the apprenticeship seemed like a mountain. I hadn’t taken an exam or put pen to paper for many years…a daunting prospect. But I surprised myself by quickly getting to a good standard. The key ingredient was a commitment to all the learning required.
