Looking to start an apprenticeship but need the right support to get there? Our Path 2 Apprenticeships programme is designed to help individuals aged 19 to 29 gain the skills and confidence needed to secure an apprenticeship. This programme specifically supports those interested in Business

Administration, providing a clear route into this industry.

Apprenticeships are available to all ages, and many employers now offer National Living Wage, allowing you to earn while you learn. Plus, as part of Path 2 Apprenticeships, you'll be guaranteed an interview with an employer upon completion.

What will I learn?

The course covers key skills and knowledge to prepare you for your chosen sector. You will also receive support to:

  • Develop essential employability skills, including communication, teamwork, and problem-solving
  • Improve your digital and IT skills
  • Create a good CV and explore apprenticeship opportunities
  • Prepare for interviews with confidence
  • Secure a guaranteed interview with an apprenticeship employer


Eligibility

To join Path 2 Apprenticeships, you must be:

  • Aged 19 to 29
  • Not currently in employment or education OR
  • Claiming Universal Credit (which you can continue to receive during the programme)


We’re here to support you every step of the way! Additional help is available for transport, childcare, mentoring adjustments, and digital devices to ensure the programme works for you.

  • Courses run throughout the year and last for 4 weeks
