Games Developer Donny Evason found that studying Games Development at college was a great precursor to university learning. He was delighted to achieve a 1st class honours degree in Computer Games Design and Production.

Donny, who now works at Playfusion, a leader in enhanced reality entertainment, said: “My college course was an interesting experience. The course material was simple and allowed enough creativity to develop interesting projects for any deadlines that were proposed.

“College also helped me decide on what role I wanted to take within the games industry, as well as introduce me to independent study that was really useful at degree level.

“While at university I won two awards for Best Designed Game and Best Gameplay Experience. In addition to this, I was invited to attend ExpoTees – an end of year exhibition to showcase students’ best work and meet industry talent recruiters.”
